PROSPECT
Building the foundation. Basic stance, footwork, balance, coordination, bag work, fitness, listening skills, and gym safety.
Fitness. Self-defense. Discipline. Character. More than boxing.
PARENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION →Our free youth boxing program is designed to build physical fitness, confidence, self-control, respect, and character through structured training. The four levels reflect a young person's progress and commitment—not their age.
Students move forward through discipline, hard work, loyalty, commitment, coach assessment, and age-appropriate skill development. Completing a number of rounds alone does not automatically earn a new rank.
Building the foundation. Basic stance, footwork, balance, coordination, bag work, fitness, listening skills, and gym safety.
Developing consistency. Boxing combinations, supervised mitt work, conditioning, defensive fundamentals, teamwork, and respect.
Advancing technique. Greater endurance, improved movement, more demanding drills, responsible self-defense principles, and leadership habits.
Leading by example. Advanced conditioning and technique, consistent attendance, mentorship of younger students, humility, and commitment.
A planned once-weekly, age-appropriate introduction to movement, coordination, fitness, listening, and boxing basics. This group is noncontact and uses participation shirts rather than the four-rank system.
Arrive ready to learn and follow coaching and safety instructions.
Give honest effort and improve at your own pace.
Respect coaches, teammates, families, and the community.
Show consistency, responsibility, and a positive attitude.
Training activities will be age-appropriate and supervised. Boxing and self-defense instruction emphasize control, respect, and avoiding unnecessary conflict. Any future sparring or contact activities would require separate safety rules, qualified supervision, and parental permission; none are currently planned.
